2. Shipping
1. Customer: Orders placed before 17:00 can usually be shipped on the same day
If there is a shortage of manpower on weekends or holidays, the delivery cycle may be delayed. Please understand.
2. Customer: The quantity ordered will be arranged to be shipped out within 1-2 working days if the warehouse is sufficient
Large quantities will be arranged for shipment at a different time.
3. Receipt of goods
When receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the surroundings of the box. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or damaged, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened and unpacked, you must unpack and inspect the goods in person

4. Return and exchange of goods
1. Returns and exchanges without quality issues: Once sold, our store does not accept returns or exchanges except for quality issues.

However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 95% -98% of the products received have no quality issues. If it is confirmed that the product being sold has problems that affect sales, you can contact customer service for negotiation.
3. Damage caused during transportation: When receiving the goods, please be sure to unpack and inspect them in front of or in person. The cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys do not have elasticity, so there is a possibility that the outer box may not be damaged but the contents may be damaged. Please be sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. 5% damage to the product is within the normal range, and we will provide a service to reorder and send replacement parts for repair.
V. Issues
1. Apply for a return without any quality issues. The product must be returned with intact packaging, and our shipping fee will be deducted.
2. Quality issues such as product damage, inability to function properly, and any return or exchange costs incurred due to human damage shall be borne by the buyer. If there is a problem with the received product itself, missing accessories, or if only replacement accessories are needed to solve the problem, or if the product is returned, the cost will be borne by us.
3. If the merchant fails to fully understand the product, resulting in improper after-sales service, and the product sent back is tested and found to be problem free, the freight shall be borne by the merchant.
